Strategic Sales Development RepresentativeLocation: Remote – Southeast (Texas, South Carolina, Florida preferred)Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 Base Salary + Monthly Commission Position OverviewPRT Staffing is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Strategic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel the front end of our national sales engine. This is a hunter role — heavily focused on outbound prospecting, strategic outreach, and securing face-to-face meetings for our National Sales Team. You will play a critical role in expanding our footprint across multiple markets by connecting our field sales team with qualified decision-makers. Key Responsibilities
Make 60+ outbound cold calls per day to prospective clients
Identify and qualify decision-makers across target industries
Schedule face-to-face meetings for members of our national sales team
Maintain accurate and detailed activity notes within our CRM
Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals
Represent PRT Staffing professionally and enthusiastically with prospects
Collaborate closely with sales leadership and field sales partners to refine messaging and targeting
Qualifications
High energy with a strong sales mindset and competitive drive
Previous inside sales, business development, or cold calling experience preferred
Experience working in a CRM system is required
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Staffing industry experience preferred
