We are hiring Sanitation Associates to support cleaning operations inside a cold food production environment (30°F–40°F) in Pompano Beach, FL. This is not janitorial work—you’ll be cleaning production equipment and work areas that are critical to operations. Work Environment:
Cold environment (30°F–40°F) – must dress in layers
Food production facility
Fast-paced, team-oriented
What You’ll Do:
Clean and sanitize production areas including:
Tables, shelves, and workstations
Dicer machines and metal detectors
Small tools, knives, and equipment
Use cleaning tools such as mops, brooms, and sponges
Maintain organization and cleanliness of production areas
Follow sanitation and safety standards at all times
What We’re Looking For:
0–3 years of experience in sanitation, warehouse, or production environments
Comfortable working overnight shifts and in cold temperatures
Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards
Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
Physical Requirements:
Standing, walking, and moving throughout shift
Repetitive cleaning and sanitizing tasks
Comfortable working with cleaning equipment and tools
