We are adding a new Account Manager to our team here at PRT Staffing to support a new client in the Mableton, GA area! As an Account Manager, you are responsible for providing exceptional support and service to assigned client(s). Your primary duties include maintaining proactive communication with clients to ensure their workforce needs are met and satisfaction is maintained. You will collaborate closely with recruitment teams to deliver high-quality staffing solutions and oversee successful placements. The majority of your time and effort will be geared to the assigned account(s), but may be directed to other objectives depending on business needs. Responsibilities & Duties: Client Service & Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong, collaborative client relationships.
Identify and address issues that may impact client experience and service quality.
Provide consistent workforce status updates and resolve day-to-day client inquiries and issues.
Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities of improvement and growth.
Attend weekly check-in meetings at the client facility (or as required).
Recruiting, Hiring and Talent Engagement
Collaborate with leadership to ensure recruiting & hiring efforts are aligned with Client needs and expectations.
Mentor talent throughout the hiring process to ensure a successful transition to client assignments.
Manage employee-related and/or service-related issues and report to the appropriate department (e.g., Human Resources or Operations) as necessary.
Assist in training personnel as needed on client-specific processes.
Compliance, Screening & Documentation
Monitor and ensure completion of all required employee screening and training.
Complete and provide all required documents for talent authorization to clients, ensuring successful placement.
Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to all company standards and hiring procedures, maintaining regulatory compliance across placements.
Regularly audit files to verify accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with client documentation requirements.
Keep employee files up to date and ensure proper documentation in applicant tracking system.
Performance Monitoring
Track and report key performance metrics to provide insight into placement rates, fulfillment timelines, and areas for improvement.
Log activities and tasks as required by immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of Staffing experience as a Recruiter or Account Manager
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Strong customer service skills
Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once
Compensation and Benefits:
$22.00 - $25.00/hr.
