Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Automotive Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at a busy auto auction facility in Ocoee, FL. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and is comfortable working with both office tasks and automotive-related documentation. Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the auction team and management
Enter and maintain accurate data in internal systems
Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist customers and clients as needed
Coordinate with drivers, lot staff, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Assist with scheduling, filing, and general office duties
Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations
Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience (automotive or dealership experience preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Experience with auto auctions, dealerships, or vehicle processing preferred but not required
