Serves as a bilingual (English/Spanish) liaison between management and employees, assisting with communication, training, documentation, and daily office operations.Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and maintain the site's Safety Management Plan (SMP).
Assist with OSHA compliance, safety inspections, audits, and documentation.
Translate safety policies, procedures, and communications between English and Spanish.
Maintain employee training records, incident reports, and OSHA logs.
Assist with accident investigations and follow up on corrective actions.
Monitor fleet safety records and coordinate driver safety programs.
Answer phones, greet visitors, schedule meetings, and support daily office operations.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence using Microsoft Office.
Communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, vendors, and customers in both English and Spanish.
Promote a positive safety culture and ensure adherence to company policies.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
2–3 years of administrative, safety, or office coordination experience.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
Preferred Skills
Experience in construction, manufacturing, or building materials industries.
Experience with incident reporting, safety training, and recordkeeping.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
