Reach Truck Operator – 2nd Shift (Cold Storage)Location: Baytown, TX 77523 Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:00PM – 11:30 PMPay: $20.00 p/hr Now Hiring Certified Reach Truck Operators!PRT Staffing is hiring skilled Reach Truck Operators to support a leading cold storage warehouse operation in Baytown, TX.This is a 2nd shift opportunity with consistent hours, strong leadership onsite, and the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance. What You’ll Be Doing
Operate reach trucks to move, load, and store product safely
Pick, stage, and organize orders for shipment
Work in receiving, selecting, and picking functions (cross-training required)
Verify product accuracy, labels, and quantities
Follow all safety procedures and operating standards
Report any safety concerns or near-miss incidents proactively
Support overall warehouse operations as needed
Work Environment
Cold storage facility with multiple temperature zones:
Cooler (~30°F)
Freezer (~15°F)
Blast freeze (as low as -10°F)
PPE and freezer gear provided (must be worn at all times)
Fast-paced and performance-driven environment
What We’re Looking ForRequired:
Minimum 2 years of reach truck experience (recent and consistent)
Ability to safely operate equipment in a cold environment
Ability to lift and move product (up to 50 lbs regularly; heavier loads with equipment assistance)
Strong attention to safety and detail
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Preferred:
Experience in cold storage or food distribution warehouses
Familiarity with RF scanners or warehouse systems
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

This is a safety-sensitive position
Zero tolerance for unsafe equipment practices or cell phone usage while operating equipment
Strong attendance is critical for success in this role
