Cleanroom Assembly Technician – $21.42/hrLocation: Devens, MA 01434 Pay: $21.42 per hour Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available We are hiring Cleanroom Assembly Technicians for a medical manufacturing facility in Devens, MA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on assembly work and wants to gain experience in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. Cleanroom experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with manufacturing, production, assembly, medical device, or other hands-on experience are encouraged to apply. Available Shifts1st Shift - Monday–Thursday | 5:30 AM–4:00 PM2nd Shift - Monday–Thursday | 3:45 PM–2:15 AM3rd Shift - Friday–Sunday | 6:00 AM–6:30 PM Enjoy a 3- or 4-day workweek, depending on your shift! What You'll Do
Assemble single-use products used within the medical and biopharmaceutical industry
Build, clean, and package products according to established procedures and specifications
Use basic hand and measurement tools during assembly
Follow drawings, work instructions, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Inspect your work to ensure products meet quality standards
Complete required production documentation
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow cleanroom protocols and manufacturing procedures
Help maintain accurate inventory by properly returning unused parts and components
Meet production schedules while maintaining a strong focus on quality
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED
0–2 years of manufacturing or production experience
Comfortable performing detailed, hands-on assembly work
Ability to use basic hand and measurement tools
Basic Microsoft Office familiarity
Strong attention to detail
Dependable and able to follow written procedures
Comfortable standing for up to 95% of the workday
Willing to learn and work as part of a team
Previous cleanroom experience, experience reading engineering drawings, or Lean manufacturing knowledge is a plus but not required. Cleanroom RequirementsEmployees must be comfortable wearing required cleanroom PPE, including:
Full head/hair covering
Gloves
Surgical face mask
Safety glasses
Composite-toe safety shoes
