Disaster Recovery Coordinator (IT / Business Continuity) Remote (Eastern Time Hours Required)-Atlanta GA Preferred $55,000 – $60,000 per year Full-Time We are seeking a detail-oriented, high-energy Disaster Recovery Coordinator to support execution of our IT Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity program. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role focused on keeping initiatives on track, driving accountability, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.This is not a leadership or strategy role — it’s ideal for someone who enjoys tracking progress, following up, and making sure work gets done across multiple teams. What You’ll Do
Track and manage Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BC) activities across IT teams
Monitor and update status in RiskConnect (green / yellow / red tracking)
Follow up with IT owners to ensure tasks, testing, and deliverables stay on schedule
Identify roadblocks and escalate issues to leadership when needed
Support coordination and execution of DR testing activities
Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and status updates
Help ensure continuity plans are actively progressing and aligned with timelines
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in:
Project coordination, project management, business analysis, or similar roles
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable following up and holding others accountable for deadlines
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams
Experience with tracking tools or systems (RiskConnect, ServiceNow, Jira, Excel, etc.) is a plus
