This role serves as a key liaison between operating companies and internal departments to ensure accurate order processing, timely communication, and on-time outbound shipments. This is an on-site role in a fast-paced distribution environment. What You’ll Do
Enter and process orders accurately and on time
Communicate order details to departments before cut-off times
Distribute pick tickets and load sheets
Coordinate schedule changes, cross-dock updates, and truck loading adjustments
Maintain strong working relationships with merchandising and sales teams
Support pricing coordination and weekly reporting
Monitor and communicate market-related updates
Ensure outbound loads are accurate and on time
What We’re Looking Forâś” 1+ year of sales or distribution operations experience preferred âś” Strong data entry and numeric accuracy skills âś” Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required) âś” Excellent verbal and written communication skills âś” Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills âś” Understanding of warehouse/distribution processes preferred Decision-Making Authority
Independently manage pricing on distribution items and credits under $500
Coordinate truck loading schedules
Partner with leadership for higher-level credit and shipment solutions
