This is an office-based role supporting high-volume international order coordination and customer communication. Key Responsibilities Order Processing & Data Entry• Enter and manage orders using AS400 (training provided)• Verify product allocations and coordinate with internal teams• Monitor orders and ensure accuracy before cut-off times Customer & Internal Communication• Respond to emails and support customer inquiries• Coordinate with Market Managers, logistics, and merchandising teams• Provide order updates, shipment details, and invoice copies• Prepare and request export certifications• Ensure compliance with country-specific requirements and regulations• Partner with logistics teams to book and track shipments• Support order lifecycle from creation through invoicing• Assist with routing, transportation questions, and delivery coordination Requirements• 1–3 years of customer service, administrative, or order processing experience• Strong computer skills (MS Office required; AS400 experience a plus)• Excellent communication skills (email and phone)• Highly organized with strong attention to detail• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks• High school diploma or equivalent required• Must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods If you’re a highly organized professional with strong communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment, apply today with PRT Staffing.
