Export Sales Support CoordinatorLocation: Jacksonville, FL (On-Site)
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
Overtime: None
Interview Type: In-Person Interviews Only

Position OverviewWe are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Export Sales Support Coordinator to support the Market Manager in managing the export of products from the U.S. to more than 80 international markets. This role is primarily office-based and involves order processing, customer communication, export documentation, and logistics coordination.

Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesOrder Processing & Data Entry
  • Enter and manage export orders using the AS400 system (training provided)
  • Verify product availability and allocations
  • Coordinate orders with internal departments
Customer & Internal Communication
  • Respond to emails and inquiries from customers, Market Managers, and internal teams
  • Communicate order status, shipment details, and documentation updates
  • Monitor orders prior to cutoff times
Export Documentation & Compliance
  • Prepare and request required export certifications
  • Ensure compliance with country-specific export requirements and government regulations
Logistics Coordination
  • Work closely with logistics teams to book shipments and track progress
  • Support the process from order creation through shipment and invoicing
  • Assist with transportation, routing questions, and invoice copy requests

Qualifications
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong telephone and email communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines
  • Comfortable sitting and working at a computer for extended periods
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to collaborate with Account Executives, Market Managers, and customers
