Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler with experience in wire harness assembly. This role is responsible for assembling complex electrical and mechanical components with precision and consistency, following blueprints, schematics, and work instructions. Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and route wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and electro-mechanical components
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints and schematics,
Perform soldering, crimping, striping, and labeling of wires and cables.
Test and inspect finished assemblies for proper function and quality assurance.
Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S and safety standards.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productions goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, technical training helpful.
1+ years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly, specifically wire harness experience.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
IPC certification a plus
