This is a hands-on, physically active role that requires reliability, attention to safety, and the ability to work in varying outdoor weather conditions. Key Responsibilities
Manually remove boxes from a conveyor line
Stack and load boxes safely and efficiently into trailers
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Work Environment
Physical, fast-paced work
Loading trailers with exposure to outdoor weather conditions
Standing, lifting, bending, and moving throughout the shift
Job Requirements
Ability to lift and move boxes throughout the shift
Comfortable working in hot, cold, or changing weather conditions
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and work safely
Prior warehouse or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
