This role is physically demanding and requires attention to safety, cleanliness, and teamwork. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work extended hours when needed. Key Responsibilities
Maintain the staging area and raw product storage areas
Ensure cleanliness of the room and production space
Remove empty boxes, trash, and debris throughout the shift
Minimize accident risk to self and others by following safety procedures
Immediately report incidents or safety concerns to the department manager
Work effectively as part of a team to complete daily production goals
Stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Operate industrial equipment after Safety Manager certification
Work Environment
Cooler environment: approximately 45–55°F
Standing, lifting, bending, and physical movement throughout shift
Fast-paced production setting
Qualifications
0–3 years of production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Ability to stand for long periods
High school diploma or equivalent
Safety-minded with strong attention to detail
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
