IMPORTANT – READ BEFORE APPLYINGCandidates must meet all requirements below to be considered:✔ 2–4 years of DOUBLE electric pallet jack experience (REQUIRED – no exceptions) ✔ Reach truck experience required (must be listed in job history, not just the skills section) ✔ Stand-up equipment only (no sit-down forklift experience) ✔ Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly (team lift for 50+ lbs) We are hiring experienced Order Selectors for a 3rd shift, temp-to-perm opportunity. This role requires strong double electric pallet jack experience, attention to accuracy, and the ability to work at a steady pace in a production environment. Candidates must be flexible with overtime and willing to assist with additional warehouse duties as needed. Key Responsibilities
Operate double electric pallet jack and assigned warehouse equipment
Select orders from floor and upper rack locations (high-reach experience helpful)
Build pallets and secure product to prevent tipping or damage
Label product using warehouse labeling systems
Stage pallets in correct dock locations
Stretch-wrap pallets for shipment
Perform pre- and post-trip equipment inspections
Maintain safe operation of all assigned equipment
Follow company safety, sanitation, and warehouse procedures
Assist with additional warehouse tasks as assigned
Physical & Performance Requirements
Lift up to 50 lbs regularly (team lift for heavier items)
Stand, walk, bend, and move for the entire shift
Work rapidly and consistently in a production environment
Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy standards
Work overtime, holidays, or weekends if workload requires
Basic Qualifications
1–3+ years of order selecting or warehouse experience
Strong understanding of pallet building and product placement
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English for safety and job duties
Basic math skills
Must be 18 years or older
