This is not a “sit and wait” role. You’ll be hands-on with advanced production equipment including CNC machines, robotic welders, automated systems, and more. If you have strong PLC knowledge and experience wiring 480V and 240V power panels, we want to talk to you. What You’ll Do
Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems and production machinery
Wire 480V and 240V power panels, install plugs, and power new machines
Troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment, robotic welders, welders, forklifts, dust collectors, and automated systems
Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment and building systems operating at peak performance
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
Utilize electrical testing devices and precision measuring tools
Follow strict Lockout/Tagout procedures and all company safety policies
Use and maintain CMMS systems for work orders and documentation
Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a strong team mindset
What You Bring
Certified Electrician license (required)
Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical experience
Strong PLC knowledge
Experience wiring power panels (480V and 240V)
Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations
Forklift experience required
Proficiency in CMMS and basic Microsoft Office
Ability to perform conduit bending calculations and apply electrical formulas such as Ohm’s Law
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Dependability, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
Physical & Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a fast-paced industrial sheet metal manufacturing facility with press brakes, lasers, CNC machinery, weld stations, conveyors, and automated equipment.You’ll work in environments that may include:
High-noise production areas (hearing protection provided)
Seasonal temperature fluctuations
Exposure to dust, oils, lubricants, and industrial cleaning agents
Elevated platforms, ladders, and occasional confined spaces
Electrically energized low- and high-voltage systems
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs independently and more with assistance.
