Requirements
5+ years of maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry)-
Ability to read technical documents and troubleshoot issues
Willingness to work rotating weekends and varied hours
Ability to lift up-to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
