We are hiring dedicated and experienced material handlers to support high-volume distribution operations on first shift. Only candidates who meet the minimum equipment requirements and attend an in-person interview with hands-on testing will be considered. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role—perfect for reliable professionals looking to advance in a structured warehouse setting. Schedule & Pay:
Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
OT: First week of each month may require 6-day schedule and mandatory overtime
Pay Rate: Up to $19.00/hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire (based on performance and business need)
Job Responsibilities:
Operate Raymond Reach Truck, counterbalance forklift, double blade pallet jack, and cherry picker
Use I-Warehouse system and headset technology (English voice commands)
Accurately pick, stage, and move materials using WMS
Work efficiently in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
Perform physical tasks: standing, lifting, bending, and navigating tight spaces
Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow site safety standards
Strict Requirements (All Must Be on Resume):
1+ year of Raymond Reach Truck experience (REQUIRED)
Experience using I-Warehouse systems
Hands-on use of:
Counterbalance forklifts
Double blade pallet jacks
Cherry pickers / high reach equipment
General warehouse experience in a fast-paced setting
Able to understand and respond to English-language headset instructions
Interview Process:
In-person interviews are required — no exceptions
Interviews and equipment tests will be conducted same-day
Candidates will be tested on Reach Truck and Pallet Jack operation
