We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician (Electrical) to support industrial/manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for an experienced electrical technician or journeyman-level professional with strong troubleshooting and repair skills in an industrial environment. What You’ll Do
Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical equipment
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility systems
Troubleshoot PLCs, motors, sensors, conveyors, and control panels (as applicable)
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components
Support equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects
Follow all safety, lockout/tagout, and compliance procedures
Document maintenance work and keep accurate service records
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Perform other maintenance duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of electrical journeyman experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair skills
Experience working with industrial equipment, motors, controls, and panels
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
Knowledge of safety procedures, including lockout/tagout
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial setting
Reliable, punctual, great positive attitude and able to work either the 3:00 PM or 10:30 PM shift
Preferred Qualifications
Completion of an electrical apprenticeship program
HVAC Journeyman's License preferred
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial facilities
PLC troubleshooting experience
Mechanical maintenance experience in addition to electrical
Trade school or technical certification
