Position: MIG-TIG Welder Location: Macedon, NY Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: 1st Shift 6am - 2:30pm Mon-Fri Pay: $20.00 - $32.00/hr. Perform MIG and TIG welding across a variety of materials and components
Set up and operate welding equipment, tools, and machinery for production jobs
Read and follow manufacturing process documentation and specifications
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during production runs
Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve outcomes
Ensure all equipment is maintained and operated safely
Follow all safety procedures and quality standards at all times
Support additional shop or production tasks as needed
What You Bring
High school diploma or GED required
2–3 years of MIG-TIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment
Welding certification preferred
Ability to use precision measuring and inspection tools (calipers, height gauges, protractors)
Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions
Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting
Physical & Work Environment
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods
Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs (team lift for heavier items)
Work in a manufacturing environment with variable temperatures, noise, and conditions
Must be able to wear required PPE, including respirator when needed
Safety & Equipment
Required PPE includes: safety glasses, steel/composite toe boots, welding gloves, welding helmet, and flame-resistant clothing
