Machine Operator for Tire Recycling FacilityPRT Staffing is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery in accordance with company standards
Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency
Make minor adjustments to equipment as needed to maintain production efficiency
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of assigned equipment
Accurately complete production and quality documentation
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures at all times
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualifications
Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to work outside in an open warehouse (no a/c)
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs
Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions
Hours of Operation
Will train first week 7am-330pm (during training pay is $16)
2nd week, transition to night shift 330pm- 3am ( pay increases to $18)
