Job Title: National Recruiter (High Volume Staffing)
Location: Candidates MUST reside within 30 minutes of Sterling, VA
Work Arrangement: Remote w/ ability to be onsite at client location(s) in Sterling and Alexandria, VA weekly for orientationsSalary: $60,000/yr. + monthly commission Join a High Performing National Recruiting Team! This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter who knows how to respond quickly, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner directly with clients to deliver top talent. In this role, you will recruit for a wide variety of positions ranging from skilled trades and light industrial roles to professional level positions across multiple markets nationwide. You will be part of a collaborative national recruiting team that works together to deliver exceptional results for our clients. We are looking for someone who is resourceful, highly organized, and passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities. What You Will Do• Manage full cycle recruiting for high volume positions across multiple industries and markets
• Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates using job boards, databases, social media, and creative recruiting strategies
• Recruit for a wide range of roles including skilled trades, light industrial, and professional positions
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews to evaluate candidate experience, skills, and cultural fit
• Partner directly with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates quickly
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring and high demand positions
• Maintain detailed candidate and recruiting documentation within the company ATS
• Communicate regularly with hiring managers, clients, and internal leadership regarding recruiting progress
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed What Makes You Successful in This Role• Strong sourcing ability and creativity in finding candidates in competitive markets

• Self motivated with the discipline to work effectively in a remote environment Qualifications• 3+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume Staffing
• Proven experience supporting high volume recruiting environments
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades, light industrial, and professional positions
• Experience interacting directly with clients or hiring managers
• Strong candidate sourcing skills using multiple recruiting channels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organization and time management abilities
• Ability to work remotely while collaborating with a national recruiting team
