Requirements
0–3 years administrative or office experience
Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and urgency
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organized, self-managed, able to multitask
High School diploma required; college degree preferred
Work Environment & Dress Code
Office inside warehouse (no physical labor)
Mon–Thurs: Polo or blouse; no ripped jeans, no open-toe shoes
