Order Selector – Refrigerated Warehouse (Power Jack)Location: Kissimmee, FLPay: $18.00 per hourSchedule: NIGHTS - Varies (must be flexible for assigned shift and overtime) PRT Staffing is hiring Order Selectors for a refrigerated warehouse environment in Kissimmee, FL. This role involves selecting and preparing orders of meat, dairy, and produce using a power jack and voice picking system in a fast-paced, multi-level warehouse. Key Responsibilities• Select cases, bags, and containers of refrigerated food products from multi-level racking• Operate electric power jack and/or forklift to move product safely• Use Vox (voice) system or order sheets to accurately pick orders• Build pallets, wrap, label, and stage orders for shipment• Transport completed orders to the loading dock• Ensure order accuracy and inspect for damaged products• Rotate date-sensitive inventory and maintain proper stock handling• Perform general housekeeping duties and keep work areas clean• Assist with loading trailers and other warehouse tasks as assigned Requirements• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English• Ability to safely perform all job functions and follow instructions• Comfortable working in a cold/refrigerated environment (meat, dairy, produce)• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work throughout the shift• Willingness to work scheduled hours and required overtime• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet productivity standards Work Environment• Refrigerated warehouse setting handling perishable food products• Fast-paced, production-driven environment• Frequent walking, lifting, bending, and standing What We’re Looking For• Reliable and safety-focused individuals• Strong work ethic and attention to detail• Team players who can work efficiently in a high-volume environment If you’re experienced in warehouse order selecting and comfortable working in a refrigerated environment, apply today with PRT Staffing.
