Position: Print Production & Finishing AssociatePay: $18.00hr.Location: Atlanta, GA 30339Position Type: Temporary, Full-time Are you someone who enjoys hands on work, takes pride in producing quality results, and likes staying busy throughout the day? We are looking for a dependable Production Finishing and Shipping Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with office experience who enjoys working in a production environment. We will train you on our equipment and processes. In this role, you will help prepare finished products for customers by completing a variety of production finishing and shipping tasks. Every day brings something different, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and working as part of a team. What You Will Do
Operate wide format finishing equipment
Complete production finishing tasks including cutting, binding, and preparing books
Package and ship outgoing customer orders
Receive incoming shipments and verify packing slips for accuracy
Select the proper packing materials to ensure products arrive safely
Assist with shipping and receiving activities
Maintain an organized and clean work area
Provide excellent customer service when assisting internal and external customers
Follow safety procedures and company standards
Work independently while managing multiple priorities
What We Are Looking For
High school diploma or GED
One to two years of related work experience
Previous office experience is required
Copy center or print production experience is preferred but not required
Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to troubleshoot problems and find solutions
Ability to read and understand written instructions and technical information
Basic knowledge of office equipment is a plus
Basic electronics knowledge is helpful
Valid driver's license and required auto insurance may be needed for some duties
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday
Comfortable working in a fast paced production environment
