This role is ideal for candidates with experience in structured production settings who are detail-oriented and comfortable working in a controlled or cleanroom environment.Key Responsibilities
Perform production tasks following detailed SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and work instructions
Assemble, inspect, and handle products with a high level of precision
Complete required production documentation (batch records, DHRs, etc.) accurately
Verify measurements, weights, counts, and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with company standards
Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Wear required PPE and follow gowning procedures in controlled environments
Qualifications
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly
Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes consistently
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
Experience with documentation, ERP systems, or production records preferred
Comfortable working in a cleanroom or controlled environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
Preferred Experience
Regulated industry experience (medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar)
Experience working with standardized processes and quality systems
Familiarity with data entry or production tracking systems
