We’re looking for a Production Supervisor who brings energy, leadership, and attention to detail to help drive success on the production floor. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team, make an impact, and grow your career in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
What You’ll DoAs a Production Supervisor, you will lead daily operations and ensure production runs efficiently, safely, and at the highest quality standards.• Supervise and support a team of up to 30 production employees
• Train new hires on recipes, procedures, and proper measurement techniques
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance support to team members
• Ensure all employees complete required training including QA, HACCP, GMP, and safety protocols
• Monitor daily production schedules and ensure workstations are properly prepared
• Verify raw materials and finished products meet strict quality standards
• Identify and correct issues related to procedures, sanitation, safety, and food handling
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards including temperature control and cross-contamination prevention
• Inspect equipment before, during, and after shifts and report any issues
• Step in to support production as needed during high-volume periods
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a leader who can motivate teams, maintain quality, and keep operations running smoothly.• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Food manufacturing or culinary production experience strongly preferred
• Automotive manufacturing experience is also considered relevant
• Previous hands-on leadership experience, managing teams of up to 30 employees
• At least 6 months of experience as a Shift Leader preferred
• Strong coaching, training, and team development skills
• Ability to identify and correct performance, quality, and safety issues
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Education Requirements• High school diploma or GED required
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
