Quality Control Supervisor – Food ManufacturingSan Antonio, TX Pay $18-$20 per hour (DOE) Full-Time | Shift Details Provided During Interview Now Hiring – Food Safety & Quality Leader We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Supervisor to lead food safety and quality programs in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role oversees QC Technicians, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives continuous quality improvement. What You’ll Do
Implement and improve quality and food safety programs
Train and supervise Quality Control Technicians
Investigate non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions
Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and GMP standards
Communicate quality policies and standards plant-wide
Support operations, maintenance, and receiving teams with training
Maintain strong working relationships with USDA on-site personnel
Required Qualifications✔ Minimum 2 years experience in food safety, regulatory, or quality in a food manufacturing environment ✔ Knowledge of FDA, USDA, and GMP regulations ✔ Understanding of sanitation and food processing standards ✔ Strong organizational and communication skills ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office ✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Education
High School Diploma or GED required
