Quality Control Technician I – 3rd ShiftSan Antonio, TX Pay $16.00 per hour3rd Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM Now Hiring – Quality Control Technician (Food Production) We are seeking a dependable Quality Control Technician I to support food safety and quality standards in a fast-paced production environment. This role ensures products meet regulatory and internal quality requirements. Responsibilities
Conduct and document quality control inspections
Perform employee GMP and hygiene inspections
Collect product samples for lab and sensory testing
Perform equipment calibration per QA procedures
Identify and report non-conformities to QA leadership
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Requirements✔ High School Diploma or GED ✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office ✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment ✔ Willingness to complete Food Manager Certification, HACCP, and sous vide training Preferred:
Food industry, restaurant, or sanitation experience
Exposure to GMP, HACCP, food audits, or QA processes
