What You’ll Do
Perform final visual and basic mechanical inspections on sheet metal parts and assemblies
Verify product quality, appearance, and finishes against specifications and drawings
Interpret blueprints, written procedures, and inspection standards
Conduct in-process inspections and sorting as needed during production
Ensure all products meet quality standards before shipment
Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers (verniers), and rulers
Follow all safety and quality procedures consistently
Support additional quality or production-related tasks as assigned
What You Bring
High school diploma or GED
1–2 years of quality inspection or manufacturing experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
Experience using measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, scales)
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Active role requiring standing, walking, and movement throughout a manufacturing facility
Frequent use of hands for handling parts and inspection tools
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with assistance for heavier items)
Exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and a moderately loud environment
