We're hiring experienced Raymond Reach Truck Operators for a fast-paced warehouse environment in Sayreville, NJ. This role requires strong equipment experience and the ability to handle high-volume order selecting with precision and safety.
Key Responsibilities • Perform heavy order selecting and picking with accuracy and speed • Operate Raymond Reach Trucks, Swing Reach • Use double blade pallet jacks to move and stage materials • Build stable and secure pallets for shipment • Assist with put-away and inventory organization as needed • Follow voice-directed picking systems using a headset (English instructions) • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment • Report equipment issues or safety concerns immediately • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
Requirements – Must Have • Minimum 1 year of Raymond Reach Truck experience (required) • Experience with I-Warehouse machines • Ability to operate counterbalance forklift • Experience with double blade pallet jack • Ability to operate reach truck and cherry picker • Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment • Reliable transportation to and from work • Ability to understand and follow English voice instructions • Steel toe boots required
Work Environment • Warehouse setting with narrow aisles and high racking • Use of voice-picking technology (headset required) • Physically active role with lifting, standing, and equipment operation throughout the shift
