We're hiring Repack Associates to help prepare food products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Repack food products into new cartons for retail distribution
Transfer products from damaged packaging into new containers
Inspect products for quality, damage, and expiration dates
Label, sort, wrap, and palletize finished products
Pick and prepare customer orders for shipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Participate in inventory counts as needed
Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
Report safety concerns to supervisors
Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
Previous warehouse, production, packaging, or general labor experience is helpful but not required
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to read numbers, labels, and work instructions
Basic math skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
Ability to safely lift and move products as required
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
