Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately
Ensure scaffolding is level, secure, and compliant with safety requirements
Work safely at heights and in various weather conditions
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Follow all site‑specific safety rules and OSHA regulations
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
Previous carpentry and scaffolding experience required
Comfortable working at heights
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work
Knowledge of construction safety practices
Reliable transportation and attendance
Ability to pass required site screenings (if applicable)
