Job SummaryPRT Staffing is hiring experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operators to support warehouse and distribution operations for one of our valued clients. The ideal candidate has prior stand‑up forklift experience, strong attention to safety, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, organized environment.Key Responsibilities
Operate stand-up forklift equipment to move, load, unload, and stage materials.
Transport pallets and materials throughout the warehouse accurately and safely.
Perform material handling functions including picking, pulling, stacking, and inventory movement.
Inspect forklifts before and after use; report any mechanical or safety issues.
Follow all client and PRT Staffing safety guidelines and procedures.
Maintain clean, orderly, and hazard‑free work areas.
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 6 months – 1 year of stand-up forklift experience (or as required by the client).
Ability to operate stand-up reach trucks and pallet riders safely.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Must pass all necessary screenings and forklift evaluations
Prior experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Strong attention to detail and safety-first mindset.
