Warehouse Associate / LoaderLocation: Austin, TX 78744 Pay Rate: $17.50 per HourSchedule: Monday – Friday | 4:00 AM – 10:00 AMImmediate Openings Available PRT Staffing is hiring dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates for a busy distribution operation in Austin, TX. This position involves unloading trailers, building pallets, loading route trucks, and moving large merchandise throughout the warehouse. What You'll Do• Manually unload incoming trailers and shipments • Build pallets and organize merchandise for storage and delivery • Load trucks for daily delivery routes • Move products safely throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and dollies • Receive and sort incoming inventory • Assist with warehouse organization and housekeeping • Follow all safety procedures and warehouse standards • Support additional warehouse duties as assigned Products HandledYou may assist with moving and staging products such as:• Patio furniture • Televisions • Air conditioners • Home improvement products • Large boxed merchandiseMost heavier items are moved using pallet jacks, dollies, and team lifting procedures. Requirements• Previous warehouse experience preferred • Experience operating a manual or electric pallet jack is helpful • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment • Good communication and teamwork skills • Ability to read and follow instructions • Reliable transportation to and from work Physical Requirements• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds with team assistance • Frequent lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and carrying • Ability to stand and move throughout the shift • Comfortable performing physically demanding work Preferred Qualifications• High School Diploma or GED preferred • Warehouse or distribution experience • Pallet jack experience • Material handling experience If you're dependable, physically capable, and ready to get to work, apply today for immediate consideration. #PRTI
