Warehouse & Maintenance Manager – Manufacturing EnvironmentLocation: Palmetto Pay: $18-$20 Direct HirePRT Staffing is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Maintenance Manager to oversee warehouse operations and facility maintenance within a structured, regulated manufacturing environment. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, equipment reliability, and compliance with all safety and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations
Oversee daily warehouse functions including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and material staging
Ensure all processes follow SOPs, work instructions, and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, audits, and ERP management
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of materials
Partner with production teams to support timely material movement and availability
Maintenance & Facilities
Manage preventative maintenance programs for equipment and facility systems
Coordinate repairs and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
Oversee vendor relationships for maintenance services and facility repairs
Ensure all equipment meets safety and compliance standards
Leadership & Compliance
Supervise and develop warehouse and maintenance staff
Enforce safety policies, 5S standards, and workplace organization
Ensure compliance within a regulated or controlled environment (manufacturing, medical, or similar)
Maintain accurate documentation for inventory, maintenance logs, and operational reports
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in warehouse operations and/or maintenance management
Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and material handling processes
Experience following and enforcing SOPs and structured procedures
Familiarity with ERP systems and documentation tracking
Proven leadership experience managing teams in a production or warehouse setting
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
Experience in a regulated industry (medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar)
Knowledge of preventative maintenance systems and equipment troubleshooting
Experience in controlled environments or compliance-driven operations
