Warehouse Selector – Night ShiftLocation: Boise, ID 83716 (On-Site) Pay Rate: Up to $20.00 per hourSchedule: Sunday – Friday | 5 days per week Shift Hours: 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM May work until 5:00 AM depending on workload Overtime: Friday overtime may be required if requested Interview Process: Phone or in-person interviews may be requested; manager may hire off resume Position OverviewWe are hiring Warehouse Selectors to support operations in a fast-paced foodservice distribution warehouse. This is a highly physical, active role that involves selecting, palletizing, and moving product to build customer orders using warehouse equipment.Warehouse Selectors play a critical role in keeping the supply chain moving accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and palletize customer orders
Operate a ride-on electric pallet jack (EPJ) and/or forklift
Use an RF scanner (handheld/arm scanner) to select product
Store, move, and stage materials and finished goods
Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and records management
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Work in areas with temperature and humidity variations, including dry, refrigerated, and frozen zones
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
Required Experience & Skills
Ride-on Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) experience
RF scanner experience (handheld/arm scanner – not headset)
Order picking and packing experience
Minimum Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older
2–3 years of relevant work experience
Ability to frequently lift 10–75 lbs (up to 100 lbs as needed)
Ability to reach up to 72 inches
Ability to bend, twist, and move continuously while operating equipment
Ability to work in cooler and/or freezer environments
Ability to stand and work on feet 10–12 hours per shift
Preferred Qualifications
1+ year experience operating a ride-on EPJ or forklift
1+ year warehouse, military, or other physically active work experience
1+ year selection experience
2 years of consistent work history preferred
Work Environment
Fast-paced warehouse setting
Physical labor throughout the shift
Exposure to extreme temperatures (cold/freezer areas)
